Why frequency works here
Each post gets its own test audience regardless of how your last one did. More posts means more independent chances of finding a winner, which is a different dynamic to platforms where the account carries the reach.
This is also why a single viral post does not guarantee the next one performs.
Where the ceiling is
Quality falls off a cliff when a team is producing more than it can think about. Most brands hit that at around one a day. If you are producing more than that, it should be because you have creators contributing rather than because your team is rushing.
Selling accounts running LIVE and affiliate content can sustain more because the content serves a direct purpose.
Build a repeatable engine
Batch filming, a bank of proven formats, and a weekly slot for reacting to whatever is happening. That structure produces five good posts a week indefinitely. Ad hoc production produces two good weeks and then stops.
